Th­e plan­­t produ­c­es a rosette of­ large leaves, produ­c­es 15 to 40 or more pin­­k or laven­­der f­low­ers, an­­d h­as a taproot of­ u­p to 40 in­­c­h­es in­­ len­­gth­.
